§ 91.21 ANIMALS IN VIOLATION; PROCEDURE.
   (A)   When any person commits any of the acts or causes any of the conditions, a complaining person should take a picture of the dog or cat in violation and turn the picture to the President of the Town Council. The President of the Town Council will then turn the picture over to the Town Marshal who will then be directed to contact the County Animal Control to help assist with capture of the dog and sent to the county animal shelter. Cats are to be handled in the discretion of the Town Marshal and violations will be served.
   (B)   It is recognized that holding periods will be determined to some degree by availability of facilities; however, it is important to ensure a reasonable opportunity for owners to reclaim their dog or cat (five days on dogs and zero days on cats).
