5-2-12: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
Any person, firm or corporation found violating any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punishable as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. (2011 Code § 14-27)
