5-2-11: PROCEDURES CUMULATIVE:
The various procedures for abating nuisances prescribed by this chapter and by other provisions of law, this Code and Town ordinance shall be cumulative on any other penalties or procedures authorized. (2011 Code § 14-26; amd. 2017 Code)
