A. County Health Department To Enforce:
1. Anywhere in this title where the words "Health Officer" are used shall be construed to mean the Director of the County Health Department or his duly designated representative. It is the intent and purpose of the Mayor and Town Board of Trustees to delegate the enforcement of the health ordinances of the Town as set out in this subsection and any such decisions rendered under this subsection shall be subject to review by the governing board upon appeal from an offender. 2. It is unlawful for any person to wilfully obstruct or interfere with any health officer
charged with enforcement of the health laws of the Town. (2011 Code § 10-27; amd. 2017 Code)
B. Violation; Penalties: Any person who violates any provision of this title is guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. In addition thereto, such person may be enjoined from continuing such violations. (2011 Code § 10-28; amd. 2017 Code)
