A. It is unlawful for any person to sell, barter, or exchange, or offer for sale, barter, or exchange, any foods, wares, merchandise, or other physical thing of value for which a license is required by this chapter without said license. (2011 Code § 5-7)
B. Any person who violates or fails to comply with any provision of this chapter or any legal order or regulation made pursuant hereto shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. (2011 Code § 5-25)
