4-1-7: NONTRANSFERABILITY OF LICENSE:
11 Oklahoma Statutes section 22-107 prohibits the assignment or transfer of licenses, and hence, assignment or transfer of licenses shall not be permitted in the Town. (2011 Code § 5-5)
