A. Fees Established: The fees for occupation licenses in the Town shall be as provided in the fee schedule adopted by resolution of the Town Board of Trustees. (2017 Code)
B. Proration Of Fees: When an annual license is issued after July 1 for the remainder of the fiscal year to a person, firm, association, or corporation just beginning to engage in, exercise, or pursue a business, profession, trade, occupation, or privilege, the fee collected shall be a fractional part of the annual fee equal to the fraction of the fiscal year remaining.
