In accordance with 11 Oklahoma Statutes section 22-138, there is hereby imposed an additional fee as provided in the fee schedule adopted by resolution of the Town Board of Trustees on all debts and accounts receivable, i.e., fines, fees, court costs, restitution, and other debts owed the Town that have been referred to a private firm (Perdue) for collection.
