3-1-4: FUNDING AND ACCOUNTING:
   A.   General Provisions: The revenues and other resources of the Town shall be divided into funds as provided by 62 Oklahoma Statutes section 331, and 11 Oklahoma Statutes sections 17-212 and 17-213, and other applicable provisions of law, and accounted for as provided thereby. (2011 Code § 12-3)
   B.   Petty Cash Fund: The Town Petty Cash Fund is established to be controlled by the Town Clerk-Treasurer in the amount of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for the purpose of paying miscellaneous expenses of the Town. (2011 Code § 1-37)
   C.   Sinking Fund: It shall be the duty of the officers of the Town to handle, deposit, invest and use the money in the Sinking Fund of the Town in the manner provided by the 62 Oklahoma Statutes sections 431 – 451, and any other applicable provisions of law. (2011 Code § 12-4)
