A. Authority To Sign: The Municipal officers designated to sign Municipal checks and Municipal warrants for the Town and the Mooreland Public Works Authority are as follows:
1. The Mayor and the Town Clerk-Treasurer are hereby designated as the Municipal officers to sign Municipal checks for the Town.
2. The Chair of the Mooreland Public Works Authority and the Secretary of the Mooreland Public Works Authority Utility Fund are hereby designated as the Municipal officers to sign Municipal checks for the Mooreland Public Works Authority. (2011 Code § 12-47)
B. Issuance And Processing: Warrants and checks shall be issued and processed, and funds of the Town disbursed, only for legal purposes and in accordance with 62 Oklahoma Statutes sections 372, 471 – 485 and 551 – 555. (2011 Code § 12-15)
