2-1-4: EMPLOYMENT OF STAFF:
The commission may employ engineers, attorneys, clerks and other help deemed necessary. Their salaries and compensation shall be fixed by the Town Board and shall be paid out of the Town treasury as other salaries and compensation are paid. The necessary legal expenses shall be paid out of the Town treasury as other legal expenses of the Town government are paid. (2011 Code § 17-2)
