2-1-2: POWERS AND DUTIES:
The Town Planning Commission shall have all the powers and duties prescribed therefor by 11 Oklahoma Statutes sections 45-103 and 45-104, as amended or supplemented, and all other powers and duties now or hereafter prescribed therefor by any other provision of law or ordinance. (2011 Code § 17-3; amd. 2017 Code)
