3-2-9: INCURRING INDEBTEDNESS:

As provided for in Article 10, section 26 of the Oklahoma Constitution, the Town is prohibited from becoming indebted in any manner for any purpose in an amount exceeding the amount appropriated by the Town Board for such purpose, without voter approval. (Ord. 345, 8-12-2019)
