13-1-1: STATUTE AUTHORITY:
The legislature of the State of Oklahoma has in 82 Oklahoma Statutes sections 1601 through 1620.1, as amended, delegated the responsibility to local governmental units to adopt ordinances designed to minimize flood losses. (Ord. 301, 6-13-2011; amd. 2017 Code)
