11-1-1: STATUTE AUTHORITY; SHORT TITLE:
This title, in pursuance of the authority granted by the legislature of the State of Oklahoma in 11 Oklahoma Statutes section 43-101 et seq., shall be known as the ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF MOORELAND and may be cited as such. (2011 Code app. § 24; amd. 2017 Code)
