That certain document, one (1) copy of which shall be on file in the Town Hall, being marked and designated as the 2015 International Building Code and the 2015 International Residential Code, including appendix chapters, as published by the International Code Council, Inc., is hereby adopted as the Building Code of the Town of Mooreland, for the control of buildings and structures as herein provided, and each made a part hereof as if fully set out in this section, with additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any. The Town Clerk- Treasurer shall keep a copy of the subject Building Code on hand, available for sale and inspection by the public at all times. (2017 Code)
