A. The Town Attorney, upon discovery of any violations of the provisions of this title, may immediately seek injunctive relief against those persons violating provisions of this title, and bring civil action against such persons for damages and expenses resulting from any violations of provisions of this title. B. No penalty imposed by and pursuant to this title shall interfere with the right of the Town also to apply to the proper courts of the State for a mandamus, an injunction or other appropriate action against such person, firm or corporation. (2011 Code § 4-34)
