All provisions of this Code and other ordinances of the Town now in effect or adopted in the future are hereby extended to all real property belonging to, or under the control of, the Town outside the corporate limits thereof, and shall be in full force and effect therein, insofar as they are applicable. Any words in any such provisions indicating that its effect is limited to the corporate limits of the Town shall be deemed to mean and include also the outlying real property belonging to, or under the control of, the Town, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
