9-1-1: APPLICATION OF PROVISIONS:

The provisions of this title shall apply to the public utilities of the Town, being its electric distribution system, its water system, its sanitary sewer system and its garbage and refuse disposal and collection system. (2011 Code § 19-81; amd. 2017 Code)
