A. Board Created; Members: There is hereby created and established a Town Tree Board for the Town which shall consist of Town Board of Trustees, unless appointed by the Mayor, with approval of the Board of Trustees. Said board shall consist of no more than five (5) members. (2011 Code § 1-81)
B. Responsibilities: The Town Tree Board or its agent shall be responsible for the planting, pruning, and removal of all trees located within the street rights-of-way, easements, alleys and parks of the Town. (2011 Code § 1-83)
C. Compensation: Members of the board shall serve without compensation. (2011 Code § 1-82)
