8-1-10: VIOLATION; PENALTY:

Any person who violates or fails to comply with any provision of this chapter or any legal order or regulation made pursuant hereto, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. Each day upon which a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense. (2011 Code § 20-32)
