A. Base Line: The Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway track, as the same now exists and extends east and west through the Town, is the base line for the numbering of all existing streets as well as all streets that may hereafter be laid out in the Town and extending east and west through the corporate limits of the Town. B. North Of Base Line: All streets lying north of said railway shall be numbered consecutively beginning with the first street north of the track, which shall hereafter be known as First Street North, and thence northward consecutively as Second Street North, Third Street North, etc. (2011 Code § 20-13; amd. 2017 Code)
C. South Of Base Line: All streets lying south of said railway shall be numbered consecutively beginning with the first street south of said track, which shall hereafter be known as First Street South and thence southward consecutively as Second Street South, Third Street South, etc. (2011 Code § 20-14)
