A. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation, being the owner, agent, or tenant of any building in the Town, to drain or allow to be drained stormwaters from the roof of the building upon the public sidewalks or upon the space between the property line and the curb line on any street or avenue in the Town. B. It shall be unlawful for any residence or business to allow drainage of any pollution or waste into any street, alley or sidewalk. The term "pollution" and the term "waste" shall have the same definition as in 82 Oklahoma Statutes section 1084.2. (2011 Code § 20-11; amd. 2017 Code)
