8-1-4: DEPOSITING MATERIALS AND SUBSTANCES PROHIBITED:

It is unlawful for any person to deposit, throw or sweep into or upon the streets, alleys, parkings, or sidewalks of the Town any paper, rubbish, grass, weeds, tree trimmings, dirt, trash, crates, boxes, or other refuse of any kind. (2011 Code § 20-6)
