7-4-2: PARKING FOR CERTAIN PURPOSES PROHIBITED:
No person shall park a vehicle upon any roadway for the principal purpose of:
   A.   Displaying the vehicle for sale.
   B.   Displaying advertising or displaying merchandise or other things for sale or selling merchandise or other things.
   C.   Washing, greasing or repairing the vehicle except repairs necessitated by an emergency. (2011 Code § 21-22)
