A. Except as authorized by this Code or ordinance of the Town and in a manner prescribed by the Town, no person shall obstruct the free movement of vehicles or pedestrians using the streets, sidewalks or other public ways. (2011 Code § 21-35; amd. 2017 Code)
B. No person shall park or stand a vehicle in such a manner or location that it impedes traffic or obstructs the view or constitutes a hazard to public safety or an obstruction on a street, sidewalk, or other public way. (2011 Code § 21-35)
