A. The Board of Trustees shall consist of five (5) Trustees. Said Trustees shall be nominated and elected by the Town at large without regard to their place of residence within the corporate limits. General elections shall be held on the first Tuesday in April 2011, and each two (2) years thereafter. Commencing on the first Tuesday in April 2011, Trustees 1, 3 and 5 shall be elected and on the first Tuesday in April 2013, Trustees 2 and 4 shall be elected. Trustees shall serve for a term of four (4) years.
B. The Trustees' terms shall begin on the second Monday following the general Municipal election. These officers shall serve until their successors are elected and qualified. (2011 Code § 1-10; amd. 2017 Code)
