It shall be unlawful and an offense for any person to do or cause to be done any open burning within the corporate limits of the Town including, but not limited to, the burning of lawns, grass, trash, lumber, leaves, straw, garbage, refuse, paper, or any other combustible material, unless one (1) of the following exceptions applies:
A. Burning conducted by the Fire Department for training purposes, when authorized by the Fire Chief.
B. Bonfires for community activities with Fire Department supervision, when authorized by the Fire Chief in writing. (Ord. 323, 4-11-2016; amd. 2017 Code)
