(A) No person shall willfully break and enter, or shall enter without breaking, any motor vehicle, house trailer, trailer, or semi trailer to steal or unlawfully remove any property or accessory from it.
(B) A person violating this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $500 and/or imprisonment in the county jail for not more than 93 days.
