§ 139.04 THEFT FROM COIN DEVICE OR DEPOSITORY.

No person shall break or enter into any coin-operated device or depository box or other receptacle, established and maintained for the convenience of the public wherein is contained money or other things of value, for the purpose of stealing or unlawfully removing the money or valuable property therein.
