§ 137.06 DEVICES RELEASING ELECTRICAL CURRENT OR THE LIKE PROHIBITED.

A person shall not manufacture, sell, offer for sale, or possess any type of portable device or weapon from which an electrical current, impulse, wave, or beam ejects, releases, or emits for the purpose of rendering a person either temporarily or permanently disabled.
