§ 36.02 PURPOSE.
   Pursuant to authority granted by Michigan law, including M.C.L.A. § 41.806(a), this chapter is adopted for the purpose of providing reimbursement to the township for cost and expenses of certain emergency responses provided by the Charter Township of Montrose.
