For purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS DEPARTMENT. The department of the township responsible for the operation, maintenance and improvement of township buildings, grounds, cemetery, parks and recreational facilities.
FOREMAN. The person responsible for overseeing the maintenance of township buildings, grounds, cemetery, parks, and recreational facilities and who supervises department workers and other employees under the direction of the Buildings and Grounds Department Superintendent.
SUPERINTENDENT. The person responsible for planning, organizing, directing and supervising all building, grounds, cemetery, parks and recreation facilities, programs and employees, within the Buildings and Grounds Department.
