§ 153.239 APPROVAL REQUIRED; PROCESS.

(A) Approval under this section shall be required as a condition to the right to construct, expand or convert a condominium project in the Charter Township of Montrose.

(B) The approval process shall involve 3 phases:

(1) Preliminary plan approval;

(2) Site plan approval; and

(3) Final engineering plan approval.
