No person shall start or have any open fire without first obtaining a yearly permit as authorized and issued by the Fire Chief or his/her designee. The permit shall state the address where the fire is to be started, the name of the owner of the premises involved, the person starting the fire, and the person(s) responsible for attending the fire. There will be no charge for the permit.
