§ 94.52 ENFORCEMENT.
   The Township Supervisor, Township Building Official and the Township Code Enforcement Officer, if any, are authorized township officials as defined in § 34.01 for purposes of enforcing the provisions of this subchapter and issuing municipal civil infraction citations and municipal civil infraction violation notices for violations of this subchapter.
