§ 52.06 INSPECTION AND PROTECTION OF SEWERS.
   (A)   The County Agency and other duly authorized employees of the County Agency or the township bearing proper credentials and identification shall be permitted to enter upon all properties at all reasonable times for the purpose of inspection, observation, measurement, sampling, and testing.
   (B)   While performing the necessary work on private properties referred to in division (A) above, the duly authorized employee of the county or the township, shall observe all safety rules applicable to the premises established by the owner or proprietor, who shall be held harmless for injury or death to the employee and the county or the township shall indemnify the owner or proprietor against loss or damage to his or her property by the employees and against liability claims and demands for personal injury or property damage asserted against the owner or proprietor and growing out of the gauging and sampling operation, except as such as may be caused by negligence or failure of the owner or proprietor to maintain safe conditions as required herein.
   (C)   No unauthorized persons shall maliciously, willfully, or negligently break, damage, destroy, uncover, deface, or tamper with any structure, appurtenance, or equipment which is a part of the county or the township system.
