Any person, firm, association, corporation, or other legal entity who violates this chapter shall, in addition to any financial responsibility provided for herein, be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $500 or by imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or by both the fine and imprisonment.
