§ 147.02 TRESPASS; AGRICULTURE.
   No person shall willfully commit any trespass by cutting down or destroying any timber or wood standing or growing on the land of another, or by carrying away any kind of timber or wood cut down or lying on such land, or by digging up or carrying away any stone, ore, gravel, clay, sand, turf or mold from such land, or by cutting down or carrying away agriculture products growing or being on such land, or by carrying away from any wharf, landing place, railroad depot or warehouse any good whatsoever in which he or she has no interest without the authorization of the owner.
