§ 146.05 PRESENTING FALSE IDENTIFICATION.
   No person shall knowingly and willfully interfere with any police officer or code enforcement officer by supplying false identification to the police officer or code enforcement officer to avoid detection, apprehension, or prosecution of any criminal offense.
