§ 146.03 REFUSAL TO COMPLY WITH TRAFFIC DIRECTION.

No person shall refuse to comply with any order of a police officer or his or her designee when, for public interest and safety, he or she is guiding, directing, controlling, or regulating traffic on the highways of this township.
