§ 146.02 OBSTRUCTION OF OR DISOBEDIENCE TO FIREFIGHTER.
   No person shall knowingly and willfully hinder, obstruct, or interfere with any firefighter in the performance of his or her duties, or, while in the vicinity of any fire, willfully disobey any reasonable order, rule, or regulation of the officer commanding any fire department at the fire.
