No person shall block any fire vehicle fire lane with an unattended motor vehicle upon the lands of any public or private property which shall have designated emergency fire vehicle fire lane established by the Fire Chief or Administrator of Montrose Charter Township and posted with signs at least every 200 feet which designate the area as a fire lane.
