(A) Bills rendered for sewer service are payable upon receipt and become past due ten days from the date on which rendered. When the past due date falls on a legal holiday or on a day when city offices are not open for business, the next regular business day is considered the past due date.
(B) When remittances are made by mail, bills shall be deemed paid on the date of mailing as shown by the postmark.
