§ 53.045 SEWER SERVICE OUTSIDE THE CITY.

The Superintendent of Public Works shall not provide sewer service to any consumer whose residence or place of business is outside of the corporate limits of the city until a contract for sewer service outside the city has been executed between the consumer and the city.
