§ 53.039 RIGHT TO REVOKE PERMISSIONS.

Permission given to connect sewers and drains shall be upon the express condition that the Superintendent of Public Works may for good cause revoke the same, and the person making such connection, or his or her successor in interest, shall have no right to claim any damage in consequence of such permission being revoked.
