(A) The sewer main line and sewer service line(s) shall be so arranged that there is a separate and independent sewer service line to each individual building, place of business or tract of land.
(B) After the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter, a separate and independent side sewer (building service line) shall be provided for every new building connecting to the sanitary sewer system of the city.
