(A) Purpose. This section’s purpose shall be to require sewage waste facilities at all new construction sites.
(B) Sewage facilities to be provided.
(1) Sewage waste facilities, such as a portable waste facility or other similar unit, shall be required on or within 300 feet of all new construction sites arising after the effective date of this section.
(2) The portable waste facilities shall meet or exceed any requirements imposed by the Southeastern Idaho District Health Department, and/or any other governmental entity regulating health standards regarding portable sewage waste facilities.
