(A) Contaminates and other pollutants have been identified within the County Middle School Aquifer System as defined hereinafter: In a clockwise direction beginning at the centerline at the intersection of Washington and Sixth Streets, thence south along Sixth Street to the intersection of Jefferson and Sixth Streets, thence west along Jefferson Street to the intersection of Jefferson and Eighth Streets, thence north on Eighth Street to the intersection of Eighth Street and Washington Street, thence east on Washington Street to the point of beginning.
(B) Drilling, deepening or modifying wells within the County Middle School Aquifer System as described herein is prohibited.
