§ 95.06 EXEMPTIONS.
   A special events permit shall not be required for:
   (A)   An event conducted entirely on the property of a religious institution, educational institution, college or university campus.
   (B)   First Amendment activity conducted entirely on the sidewalks, in public parks or on private property.
